Southern Rubber Company, Inc. encompasses many areas of the gasket and seal industry. We specialize in a number of processing capabilities to meet all your custom rubber needs.

Die Cutting, Kiss Cutting & Flash Cutting

Our high speed presses have the ability to die cut, kiss cut and stack gaskets. We have the capability of cutting parts up to 72” wide. Using our Flash Cutting technology, we are also able to cut gaskets without the use of dies or other types of tooling.

Waterjet Cutting

Using our water jet we are able to cut a variety of materials in various thicknesses with very tight tolerances. Our cutting bed is 6’ X 10’, allowing us to offer the flexibility to cut materials ranging from the very small to the very large.

Laminating & Spooling (Converting)

Our Fabrication Department has the ability to laminate pressure sensitive adhesives to various substrates such as sponge, foam and solid elastomers.

Slitting & Stripping

Our Fabrication Department can slit various materials to your specifications.

Vulcanizing / Bonding

Southern Rubber Company is able to vulcanize extrusions in order to make endless gaskets that meet the needs of our customers.

Printing

We have the ability to provide custom printing on gaskets.
