Laminating

Our Fabrication Department has the ability to laminate pressure sensitive adhesives to various substrates.

Designed for processing sheet or roll goods (60”) including rubber, plastic, foam, textiles and other materials. We have the ability to slit and rewind heat-activated or cold-bonding pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) products.

Spooling

Using our spooling machine, we are able to put slit material on reels allowing easier dispensing of material.

Our spooler was built as a value-add flexographic web converting press for self-adhesive label printing.

Prime Labels

3-color process and lamination, outputs conventional prime labels with ease.

Single Pass Converting

Laminate, die-cut, perforate and score inline to streamline the workflow and fulfill customer requirements.
